Poll: wine glass identifiers 🍷 made from scraps

You know it, otherwise you will learn it: I always try to use my fabric scraps, because it hurts my heart 💔 to throw away beautiful pieces, even small ones.

Here is my latest idea: wine glass identifications 🍷 for holiday parties. That way, Matante Germaine won't drink from Mononc' Gaston's glass anymore! 🤪 They would be offered in packs of several different patterns, so that everyone has their own.

1️⃣ First question: do you like the idea? 🤔

2️⃣ Second question: in packs of how many do you think it would be ideal to sell them? 4? 6? 8? More?

NoNew product: Women's underwear (I bought some but they don't always stay in place in the panties and they are not made locally)

Thanks for the suggestion. For the moment, I am concentrating on products for the kitchen and lunches. Finding the right combination of materials and construction for feminine hygiene products is quite tricky. I also made regular panties for my daughters and I recently, and I can't seem to make them fast enough to compete in the market. 😰 So I don't see myself developing this type of product in the near future.

Personally, I use panties Mrs L'Ovary and I am very satisfied with them, although they are made in Colombia. I really like the fact that the panties stay in place, and I find them more comfortable than disposable ones. I also have a pending order with Zozitte and Novita, for towels, which manufactures them here in Quebec. I'll give you some news. For my daughters, these are MarieFil, also made in Quebec and they are very satisfied. Several other companies also make them.

The cheese cover is sometimes difficult to put in place, the opening being small.

For this one, I'm wondering if this is one of my first cheese covers, because at first I was doing my corner seams straight. Now, I make them with an obtuse angle, which gives more width to the opening, precisely to solve this type of difficulty.

Is it sufficient? Have you ever encountered this problem, with recently purchased cheese covers?

My loaf bread bag doesn't keep the bread fresh but the baguette is awesome

For this one, I would really like to be able to contact the person. If you recognize yourself, please contact me in private to talk about it.

If you too have noticed differences between two or more products, I would really like to be able to compare the fabrics chosen or the tailoring. feel free to send me a message Where an email.

Since I have several suppliers, the making of the fabric may vary. If some are not adequate, I would like to avoid recommending any in the future. Same thing with my making techniques, which have evolved over time. If some are less appropriate, I would like to adjust.

You can also complete the survey below to help me identify if certain fabrics are more problematic.

I would love to have bags to store vegetables in the fridge (lettuce and others), but I don't know what the best method would be. I currently use old plastic bags of sliced bread that I leave open. Maybe a version of the bread bag but without a closure and wider could work? It would have to be tested.

Good news! ✨ The food bags 11″x11″ are perfect for storing fruits and vegetables in the fridge! 🍎🍇🌽🌶🍋🍓 They're just tight enough, but not too tight either. You can always decide to leave the zipper ajar for more air circulation.

You can easily put in a whole or cut head of lettuce, 3 or 4 peppers, carrots or any other fruit or vegetable of your choice.

Improved cheese cover. If the cheese is left in the fridge for 2 days with the cheese cover, the end begins to dry out.

Indeed, in order for the cheese cover 🧀 to be small enough while remaining deep, I had to put some seams in it, which reduce the seal a little. In addition, some cheeses are really more sensitive to the dryness of the air in the fridge.

Here's a little trick to improve the seal of the cheese cover: save some of the plastic wrapping and fold it over your cheese before putting on your cheese cover to hold everything in place. You will see the difference! 😊

In your opinion, do my products last a long time?

Almost 3 years that Taille & Retailles offers eco-friendly products. 😮 Amazing, isn't it?

As sustainability is at the heart of my mission, I would like to hear the opinions of people who have purchased my products for over a year to find out what's going on with you.

If this is your case and you have a few minutes, I would be very grateful if you answer this little survey:

Need your opinion 💚

I am currently considering different ways to continue to grow my business. ↗️

I need your opinion: which of these options would affect you more? 🤔

  • A Tupperware-style rep program with perks based on sales
  • A program of fundraising campaigns (schools, sports organizations)
  • A program of corporate products personalized for the company
